About Us
It all started with a planned trip around the world, which we began in the spring of 2020. We had gotten as far as Australia when the world closed its doors behind us due to the pandemic. Hoping it would all be over quickly, we stayed in Australia against all recommendations and began a journey of several months, planning little in advance and acting on our spontaneous ideas. We learned a new and never experienced ease in traveling - unlike previous vacations, in which you plan for months and think long to visit the perfect place at the perfect time to achieve the maximum relaxation, traveling suddenly became a normality and therefore a triviality. We began to live our lives where we wanted to be at that moment. Although we returned to Europe after a few months, this time changed us and we could no longer imagine being tied down to one place. Even today we are always happy to spend some time in our home base, but we are on the road for the bigger part of the year - to live and experience the world.
We only have one life and it's way too short to stay in one place.
With our professional past in operational retail and customer experience management, it quickly evolved into our hobby to explore the hospitality industry and share our experiences - in support of hotel management and with many other travel enthusiasts around the world. This website is one of our outlets to tell you about our hotel visits. We are happy if we can support you and enrich your travels with it. Please, tell us about your experiences on your way.
